We are happy to offer size or item exchanges (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
We will cover shipping for the replacement item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@jesusismyreligion.com
Include:
-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
-Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
