Shipping and Return Policy
Returns & Replacements
We partner with Printful for production and fulfilment of all our items. Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for items simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or dislike the item — unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, mis-printed, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll coordinate with our fulfilment partner (Printful) and arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping errors: If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address or carrier issue, we’ll contact you. We may ask you to confirm the correct address if you’d like us to reship; any additional shipping cost will be your responsibility unless we determine the error was on our part.
Size / colour / change-of-mind exchanges: Because items are made on demand, exchanges or returns for change of mind are handled at our discretion. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll review availability and costs.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states.
